SDSX was established in 2017, the

company focused on 5G, 6G base stations, as Gallium Arsenide and Gallium Nitride material (3rd-Gen semiconductor) of the Power Amplifier PA, the Low Noise Amplifier LNA development, production and marketing, corporate headquarter located in Futian District, Shenzhen. SDSX owns R & D centers in Chengdu, Nanjing; as well as Sales office in Shanghai, Xi'an, SDSX has around 100 employees.

SDSX R & D team has top-notch research and product experience; With excellent ability to control the supply chain, and highly educated , production experienced members, SDSX R&D has absolute advantage in the market. SDSX brings together experts from the University of Bordeaux, Southeast University, University of Electronic Science and Technology and other leading universities in China and abroad; Members of SDSX have also been core experts of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Samsung, Tsinghua Unigroup and other leading radio frequency companies. The fund has a total of two dozen presided over the completion of the Ministry of Science 863 projects; 973 projects; key national researches and development program sponsored by the National Natural Science Foundation of China; Jiangsu Scientific and Technological projects and so on. Research results have constituted more than 200 publishes in top professional scientific journals. SDSX and Southeast University jointly established RF Integrated Circuits and Systems joint research and development center, and practice base for Graduate of Southeast University , to broaden the future for the company. SDSX taken up the task of localization of radio frequency chip production and is working on becoming a world-class RF chip companie.
